|6||chicken tenders (about 1 1/4 pounds)|
|2||slices||Swiss cheese, cut into thirds|
|1||package||(1 ounce) Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing and Seasoning mix|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Slice each tender down the center without cutting all the way through.
Tuck two slices cheese inside each tender. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon dry ranch dressing over each tender.
Wrap bacon around each tender snug enough to keep the cheese inside and making sure the chicken is completely covered. Use two slices of bacon if necessary.
Place wrapped tenders in a baking dish with a rack. Bake for 25 minutes. Broil for a couple of minutes at the end to crisp the bacon.
Serve with baked beans and your favorite dipping sauce.
