1. Preheat grill to medium. In a small bowl combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, butter, garlic, lemon peel and pine nuts.2. Place fish on a greased grill rack over medium heat. Spoon crumb mixture on top of fish; spread slightly.3. Grill, covered, for 5 minutes per ½-inch thickness or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
