Preheat oven to 350 degrees FCook rice according to package directions. Stir 2 tablespoons butter into hot rice. Add applesauce, apples, brown sugar and cinnamon.Spoon into a greased 2 1/2- quart baking dish. Dot with remaining butter; sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake, uncovered for 35 minutes or until heated through. Spoon into bowls and add milk or half and half. Can be enjoyed hot or cold.
