Type the numbers below:
Combine ground beef, salt, pepper and milk. Shape into 8 patties. Make an indentation in center of each with the back of a tablespoon. Place on grill or in large skillet, indentation side down. When browned on this side, turn over and fill indentation with crumbled cheese. Continue cooking to desired doneness. Serve on toasted buns with assorted garnish.
