Yield: 10 servings
In a large mixing bowl, combine the green cabbage, carrots, and red onions. In a small mixing bowl, combine the sugar, vinegar, celery seed, salt, and pepper and whisk together. Pour mixture over the cabbage and toss to combine. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish and mustard; add to the coleslaw and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight before serving.
