Yield: 4 servings
In a large bowl, combine garbanzo beans, shredded spinach, grapes, bell pepper, celery and onion. In a small bowl, stir togethermayonnaise and poppy seed dressing. Add to bean mixture; toss to coat. To serve, spoon the bean mixture into pita bread halves. Top with cheese.
