Yield: Serves 4
1. In large saucepan, combine 1-1/3 cups water, milk and margarine. Bring just to a boil. 2. Slowly stir in pasta and content of seasoning packet. Separate pasta with a fork, if needed. Reduce heat to medium; boil uncovered, 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Add ham, peas and green onions. Cook 2 to 3 minutes more or until pasta is tender. 4. Sauce will be thin, but will thicken upon standing. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes for sauce to thicken. Stir before serving.
