Yield: 2 servings
In a sauce pan, combine the brown sugar, milk and corn syrup. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter until smooth. Cool for 10 minutes. Spoon ice cream into one bowl. Cover with warm peanut butter topping. Add chopped nuts.
