Yield: Serves 5 (4 each)
In a large cast iron skillet over high heat, add oil and cook shrimp until just done, turning pink. Remove shrimp and set aside. (*If shrimp is precooked, wait and add shrimp at the end of the recipe.) Add green onions and cook 1 minute. Add wine and reduce by half. When reduced, add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, cayenne pepper and paprika. Cook 1 minute. Reduce heat to low. Add butter and melt. Add shrimp to pan; toss well to coat and heat through.
