A cupcake with it's own little handle
Yield: 30 servings
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients according to cake mix package directions. Fill each cone with about 2 1/2 tablespoons of batter. Place cones about 3-inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Cool completely. For icing, beat all ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. Ice each cupcake with about 1 tablespoon of icing. Decorate with candy sprinkles and store in airtight container.
