Corned Beef Casserole

Yield: 6-8 servings

Ingredients

1 pkg. (8 oz.) wide noodles, cooked
1 can (12 oz.) corned beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can (10.75 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup milk
3 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese
1/2 cup French fried onions

Directions:

In large bowl, combine corned beef, chopped onion, soup, milk and 2 1/2 cups shredded cheese with cooked noodles. Pour into 4 qt. casserole. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Sprinkle with onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered, until cheese is hot and bubbly.
