Spicy Salsa Mac and Beef

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can (10.75 oz.) Campbell's condensed beef broth, undiluted
1 1/3 cups water
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 can (10.75 oz.) Campbell's condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1 cup chunky salsa

Directions:

In a skillet, cook the beef until no longer pink; drain. Add broth and water. Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until the pasta is tender, stirring often. Stir in the soup and salsa and heat through.
