“Since we are watching our calorie intake, so we made some substitutions. We made the French toast with Weight Watchers bread dipped in just egg white. We did not make the brown sugar/sour cream topping. We used Hormel real bacon crumbles instead of ham, and low fat cheese. We made our own chunky applesauce, without sugar and used low fat granola. It was still so very good that you cannot believe it! ”
